Ansuini & Co. hosts workshops for students interested in learning the near-endangered techniques of paper and fabric marbling with the inspirational aid of wine, spritzes and Italian aperitivi, at our studio in Florence, Italy. There is no prior experience, nor fine art skill required whatsoever.

The very first time you try your hand at paper marbling will yield several pieces, with varying palettes and patterns, and an understanding of how the materials come together as you take your creation from an idea, to floating on water, to adorning a paper. We will have your papers made into beautiful items or objects working with our local ateliers.
